About Training
Multi Combination Truck Licence Training
The MC Licence, commonly known as the Multi-Combination Truck Licence, is the highest level of heavy vehicle licence available in Australia. A Multi Combination (MC) licence allows you to legally operate any motor vehicle or combination of vehicles other than motorcycles.
This licence allows you to drive any Heavy Vehicle and is essential for anyone who wants to operate a Heavy Vehicle with more than one Trailer (such as a B-Double, Road Train, or Low Loader Dolly Combination). If you’re tired of dealing with multiple drop-offs every day and would rather handle a single cargo, this is an excellent option.
Types Of MC Licenses
- There are three types of MC licences that include:
- Automatic: This permits you to only drive automatic MCs.
- Synchromesh: This permits you to drive automobiles equipped with synchromesh or automatic gearboxes (single clutch).
- Road Ranger: The Road Ranger allows you to operate any sort of MC vehicle (double clutch).
